“ A lovely hidden gem in Phinney! Sophisticated ambiance in the dining area, super quick service and attentive server, and the food was delicious. The plating was Michelin level fancy but the price was very affordable. Im sad I moved away or else Id come all the time! ”

Will be returning many times more, the staff and food are excellent. Update Second visit during lunch and had the Sashimi Platter. I am from out of town so finding a good place is a challenge when you have to rely on the online reviews, I saw some negative reviews of this place but I wonder if they are confusing this sushi restaurant with the one two blocks away on the same street. The food was delicious and the sushi was awesome. I am a snob when it comes to Sushi so when Im saying it was really good Im not just saying it to be nice. The service was good, we got a new waitress who was working her third day on the job, I tend to go easy on new people. Instead of criticism I want to share what she did well for it being only her third day. She was very friendly and instead of pretending to know things she would take the time to go ask so she wouldnt be giving incorrect information. If there is one pointer I would give her it would be to come by the table more often and try to interact with and chat with the customers, maybe see if there is anything they might need from time to time or just have a friendly conversation. Schmoozing is a big part of the job lol. ”
